Season 28 Split 2 Script + Values Update

Script Changes:

-New mod: Humanize - When enabled, adds timing variance to all mods to create more
human-like behavior and reduce detection risk (applied minimally to antirecoil).
-Removed rapid fire from Hemlok
-Fixed antirecoil for Hemlok
-Auto detect: Fixed for Hemlok
-Auto detect: Mastiff now detected as None RF
-Auto detect: Prowler Auto now correctly detected as Prowler. Antirecoil for Prowler Auto
will be added in the next update.
-Fixed: Stick drift at 0 was not working properly
-Fixed: Stick drift on Xbox was slightly lowering aim
-Removed: Scrolling text from aim assist mod (freed up memory space)

Values Update:

-Adjusted Values for Hemlock and its following optics
-Updated Values for mostly all other guns (less verticle enemy compenesation as requested)
